Q: What is a personal concierge?
A: It is a trusted, respectable,
discreet professional who has the skills, the contacts, the resources
and the time to manage various aspects of your hectic life. “Outsourcing”
your daily tasks to us, allows you to take back your life so you can focus
on more important things. Specifically, Done on the Run, LLC is a modern-day
solution to the age-old problem of not having enough time in your day.
We’re all about helping create a life without lists. Imagine…a
life without lists.
Q: Who uses a personal concierge?
A: In short, anybody who
needs an extra pair hands to get things done. Check out our who we help

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Well, how do you put
a price on your free time? That’s exactly what I had to figure out
when I decided to start this business. The short answer is: It depends
on the scope of the work, but basically, services are billed at an hourly
rate that ranges from $30-$100/hour. Waiting services and errand running
are on the lower end of the scale, while higher-level professional services
such as event planning and consulting are valued at a greater rate. Let’s
talk, so we can assess your needs and quote you a price.
Q: Do you provide all the services
yourself?
A: Often times, yes. We’re
in the business of figuring it all out for you. Our strength is in being
project managers; our commitment is to provide you with the best possible
service, and sometimes that means using the time and talents of other
vendors. Done on the Run, LLC has established relationships with several
vendors such as house cleaners, landscapers, caterers, personal chefs,
florists, chimney sweeps, PR and marketing firms, rental companies; etc.
But you can be certain we only recommend and/or contract with the best,
most reputable service providers.
Q: What area do you serve?
A: Thank goodness Connecticut
is a small state. Because of that, because we’re new, and because
some services can be provided remotely, we’re casting a wide net.

Q: What hours are you available?
A: Most tasks are done during
regular business hours Monday through Friday; however we're also available
for events and parties that happen on weekends or evenings. The more notice
we have, the better we can serve you. But, if you totally spaced out and
forgot your mother-in-law’s birthday (or any other emergency) and
need a fabulous, last-minute gift, (or anything else) give us a call and
we'll do everything we can to get it done.
Q: What if I need a service I don't
see listed?
A: It means you know something
I don’t know! So, please, just ask. We will do our best to accommodate
your request (though, we reserve the right to deny service when requests
are considered potentially illegal, unethical or unsafe to our staff).
Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: Absolutely! Our most
popular gift certificate is for errand running services; it makes a fabulous
gift for new moms and dads, and brides- and grooms-to-be. But really,
who wouldn't love to get the gift of time? |
