Organizers of "Cocktail Fare With an Irish Flair" hope it will be the fundraising event that helps the Committee to Rebuild O'Rourke's Diner reach its goal of $350,000, the estimated amount needed to restore the city landmark.

"We think this is the event that will help put us over the top," said Heather Tolley-Bauer of Done on the Run concierge service, which is promoting the event. So far, the group has raised about $150,000, she said.
